in loving memory of Alistair (ally) Young died suddenly on 11th jan 2007 aged 66. he had done
numerous jobs but mainly as a bus driver. he is formely from ayr but lived in prestwick when he
died. he was brother to Peril and the late Ian and Tom he also had 3 sons John, Alistair and David,
who all chose to take nothing to do with him. he was also very close to his ex daughter-in-law Lynn
(myself), and a devoted grandpa to Nicky, Davy and Lee-anne and great grandpa to Declan, Shaun and
leland who he unfortunately never got to see. he had his ups and downs healthwise but nothing to
serious. he was admitted to hospital on 10th jan 2007 for few days to have his medication
stabalised. I was never expecting a phonecall at midnight that night calling me up to hospital as
his breathing was bad. He passed away at 1.30am on 11th jan, a devastating blow to my family and all
his friends. He was always there when we needed someone and would help in anyway he could. he loved
to go out and about and we took grandkids and great grandkids on outings as much as we could. he
meant the world to me and my family. was more like a soulmate to me. will always be loved and in our
hearts. love lynn xx
